Some interview questions

Kristen had an interview tagging and these are the questions she made up for me.

1. What is the most interesting place you've lived?
I would have to say Germany. We lived in the town of Birkenfeld. My two oldest children were born there, and let me tell you, German hospitals ROCK!!! The food alone is worth the trip, lol! But seriously, there was so much to do and see in europe. I hope to go back for our next assignment, only Italy this time.

2. What do you do for Jeanne time?
Well lately I've become a totally addicted "stamper"!! It's so much fun! It takes me forever to do one card, but that's because I don't have a clue about what I'm doing yet. I really like the larger stamps that I can color in and then use a blender pen to make the images have a watercolor look. I have been scouring ebay for deals and I have so much stuff coming that I'm really not sure where I'm going to put it all when it finally gets here. But I'll work something out I'm sure. I also read ALOT!! I've always been a huge reader. And Guitar Hero.....can't forget that! This Mommy ROCKS!!!!!

3. When you become a boss, what kind of boss would you be?
Well, technically, I'm already the Boss! I AM the Queen afterall!!! But, although rewarding, it doesn't pay the bills. After I finish my degree (school starts this Wednesday!!), I'd like to either work in a hospital or large insurance company. I'm getting a BS in Business Administration with emphsis in Health Care Management. Perhaps even a nursing home? Somewhere where I can use my talents, get paid well and feel like I'm making a positive difference through my work.

4. Where do you see yourself in 15 years?
Let's see.....(getting calculator out)....that would be 2024. Yikes! And I'd be 57. DOUBLE YIKES!!! OK, I'm already not liking this question at all. The Bella would be 19 and hopefully off to college. Thomas would most likely be out of the Army, although I know that man will hang in there as long as he possibly can. So I would hope that we would finally be settled into a home of our own, that I could decorate how I wanted to, with no Army rules to follow. Thomas would have a fabulous civilian job with his degree and certifications. And I would be working on my dream job (whatever that is!), with my own office with plants, windows and lovely prints on the walls. Yeah, that sounds about right!

5. What is your favorite meal to cook for a family dinner?
Well, that's another toughie. I love to cook and I love alllll kinds of foods! I do like things that taste great but are quick & easy to prepare. I make super awesome chili, and Thomas loves my beef pot roast made in the crockpot. I also like making special dinners for holidays, especially Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. It's worth all the kitchen time to see everyone enjoying the food! Right now I'm making up new things for my second cookbook, so we're all eating very healthy with tons of veggies at dinnertime.

OK, I did it! Thanks Kristen! Would YOU like to play? Just email me for "interview" questions!

Mmmmmm, pot roast!

15 years, with your own office, plants, window, and lovely prints on the walls, when would you find time for blogging?

Interesting interview. My most interesting place I have lived was East Lansing. What can I say, I liked most of my college years.

Pot roast sounds so good. To bad my Husband does not like it. Boo Hoo!

I also have a loyal commenter award on my blog for you:)

That was cool. I liked that there was a lot more detail in your answers than with the normal tags. I think it would be really fun to live in another country as long as it was only for a few years. Did you learn German?

What a cool tag. I want one! Or am I supposed to actually email you with that request, as opposed to this comment being sent to your email inbox? OK, I'm a little strange, so sue me! LOL
