It's that time again to blog stalk some of the coolest crafters around! Confused? Be sure to visit Ms. Julia on Stamping Ground to get all the particulars and join in on the fun!!!
My desk this week:
Sadly, it doesn't look much different than it did last week!! Apparently I "set the stage" a bit more optimistically than was possible to keep up with. I haven't been feeling (or sleeping) very well (still!), and I haven't had the energy to craft very much. I did make a few cards though, just not as many as I had planned. I still need to color up my snowmen & accessories, and all my lovely "bugs". I dug out my Spellbinder Valentine set (left hand side of desk), and I got in a couple of new dies from MFT. And if you look closely, you can see some colored "crayons" which will be made into a fun shaker card for my youngest daughter. I still have my lovely embossed background papers to use on....something, after all these are completed. So many projects, never enough time!!!
Some of the cards I did manage to complete!:
My first attempts at the "bokeh" technique!
So that's all I have for you this week. Fingers crossed I can get my groove back soon, because I'm missing my stamping therapy!!!! A few minutes every couple of days isn't cutting it!!! Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you all have a lovely week!

I love all your cards. You may think some are simple, but I am continually amazed at how awesome your crafting skills are!!! Love you!!!
Fantastic collection of cards you have created. I don't think they are simple at all. I do hope you are feeling better soon.

Hello Jeannie. Trust you soon start to sleep better, and have LOTS of energy for everything including daily stamping.
I love that little hedgehog card - a great encouragement for someone. The swallows are great floating through that background.
Thanks for visiting already - not so much a facelift on the bathroom as an absolute necessity if I am to be able to shower hubby safely as I get older... Hmmm - not sure I like the concept of getting older, despite already being an aged surfer and blogger.
Take care. God bless.

I love your cards! Do I spy sewing marks, or did you use some perforating instrument?

What lovely cards! I'm curious about the sewing... did you really sew that or have you got a gadget to make those marks?
I hope you sleep better tonight. Then you'll have more energy to do the things that you have to do as well as the things you'd like to do.
Thanks for visiting already,
Have a good week, hope the weather isn't too bad,

Many others are in the same craftless boat. I keep blaming February. It's enough to make anyone listless, sleepless, craftless and feeling punky. In spite of it all, you created some really lovely cards. Good for you! I hope you start feeling and sleeping better soonest.

I've never heard of Bokeh, so going tto have to check that technique out. Yours look great - now to figure out how you did it! It is great that Bella is progressing so well. It might have something to do with her having a really good teacher. Love the cards you made!
Oh wow, not sleeping well is awful, I hope you get that sorted out soon! Your cards are wonderful, the hedgehogs are adorable!

I do love your cards. I have had no desk time this week so far...other than to do running repairs...nothing creative happening at all. #56
Such beautiful cards - I don't know what the Bokeh technique is but I do love that card, a beautiful effect. And the hedgehogs are so bright and happy, whoever gets them can't fail to smile when they open them. Job done :)
Hope you start to feel more 'you' soon. No sleep is no fun!

I didn't meet my crafting goals from last week either so I can see I'm in great company. Indeed I usually have way more planned than is feasibly possible. Your desk is definitely all set up and ready to go when you can get to it. Love those Spellbinders heart dies and glad to see them on your desk to remind me I have those dies! Your hedgehog cards are too too sweet!!! You rock when it comes to coloring. Judy #79
Awesome cards, Jeannie! You did a great job with the bokeh effect. I'll have to give that a go when I'm done with everything else!
Love the stitched effect as well - how did you do that?
Thanks for swinging by!

Hi Jeanie, you might not be feeling much like crafting but the cards look good to me. Hope your Mojo is back soon and thanks for the visit. Happy WOYWW, Angela x 33
Lovely cards you've made even though your desk hasn't been touched :) cute hedgehogs make me smile anytime! Funny thing this bokeh ( ran into it just two weeks ago, and had to make a search for what the word meant) and this is the third or fourth post mentioning it since. I'll have to try some time, if I first allow myself to buy a stencil with circles... At least yours look lovely!
Kristiina #27
Sorry to hear you are not feeling well! A little bit of craft therapy at a time may well do the trick! Your cards are brilliant! Chris 43

Hi,
I'm loving your cards especially the swallow one, and I'm impressed how tidy your work space is
Jill #35
You are so right, there is never enough time! I am curious... those little snowman that you cut out, did you use scissors? if so, which ones? and what do you use them for? I am guessing cards since I see some awesome cards on your blog.
Lovely cards, Jeannie - how do you do the bokeh technique? It's gorgeous. Sorry you're not sleeping well. I too am going through a phase of that (M.E. symptom rather than worry, I'm glad to say). Thank you for your lovely comment. I am so tired at the moment with all the trips out, to hospital, treats (my hubby is keen to spoil me but it can be tiring!) and trying to keep up with everything, and it's too much effort to seek out Mr. Mojo who's AWOL, but I've got my embroidery if I can only pick it up, and another small project a friend sent me, to add some Zentangles to. I just need to print it out and get going. I am sure I will feel better and more settled once we get some definite news of what we are dealing with.
Happy belated WOYWW,
