Handmade Roses!

Friendship Card
I made this rose using Stampin Up's new owl punch. I know, an owl!! Pretty cool huh? You punch out 10 of the bird bodies (cut off his little feet!) and then you need 1 of the larger scalloped circle punch (for the center part). The time consuming part is sponging every punched piece and curling it with your bone folder. But I LOVE how cool it looks!

Here's the video I used from Valita's Fresh Folds!

Flower Garden Card
You can really see the shimmer from this view!
Gotta love that shimmer mist!

More accurate shot of the true colors used.

This took a lot of time to make. I mean a lot, a lot, a lot of time. For one flower. I promise to *almost* never complain about the cost of paper flowers again, lol! I do have to say that these flower cards are so much prettier in person. It was really bright and sunny out and I guess I was getting too good at taking photos in the dreariness, lol!

Here's the video for this flower.
