Every time I see that last painting I feel all better.
If I could just transport myself there by gazing at that first painting, I'd be in heaven!
First, today I would love to BE wherever that first painting was.
Second, I didn't know that he painted non-impressionistic work. Although it would make sense that he did that before he began to develop his own style. The trees look so real. You know, I love impressionistic work and would probably prefer it for decorating. But I am always impressed at the skill of an artist who can paint something that looks photographic.
Third, love the purple in the last painting. Love it!

The last painting is beautiful.
Only someone from a warm weather state would DARE to put up a winter picture when the rest of us are still wanting summer to hang around. Hmmph!
The rest of the paintings are very pretty though.
OHH wow I love the snowcovered one. Looks like the field that was behind my house in Eorpe in the winter.
