(not so great picture - I was hungry!!)
On Wednesday night I made rotisserie chicken (YUMMMMO!!!), and with just the three of us there was a lot left over. I was really craving BBQ, so using leftovers this is what I came up with!!
one tube of refrigerated french loaf bread
1/2 bottle Kraft thick and spicy original BBQ sauce
finely diced chicken
1/4 cup real bacon bits
finely shredded cheese (I used a 4 cheese combo)
Bake French loaf per directions; cool slightly on wire rack. Mix diced chicken with bacon bits and BBQ sauce. Cut bread in half lengthwise and place on cookie sheet. Spoon a small amount of sauce on each half and spread. Evenly spread chicken mixture on top, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350* for about 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serves four.
