Latest version...

This time I used lemon cake, lemon pudding and fresh strawberries. Be sure to sprinkle and mix sliced berries in lemon juice so they won't brown and/or mold up. This is really so easy to whip up and it's a nice, cool dessert in the summertime!

Mmmmmm, that looks pretty yummy, and refreshing. I keep seeing dessert all over bloggyland today, and I'm getting mad cause it's making my cravings worse!!! I wish Mitch would go get me something. Isn't that what a pregnant girls hubsters is supposed to do???? He just hasn't woken up yet {he works graveyards} and I'm gettin' kinda impatient! Lol. :o)

Really, yummy though Jeannie.

I bet it would taste yummy if blueberries were substituted. IHOP had a yummy blueberry lemon strudel pancake a few months back. I ended up finding a recipe for muffins online and may just use it to make pancakes instead....
