Is this YOU???
Has this ever been you??
(It's ok, no one is looking, so you can admit it! LOL!!)
Go to a carpet place and get yourself a freebie carpet square. If you ask for something truly, hideously ugly and/or discontinued they'll give ya one! Act weird and they'll oblige you faster just to get rid of you - just sayin. This is your Temper Tantrum Mat!! Along with an egg timer, this is your tool for blowing off steam. Just remove yourself from the irritating situation - PEOPLE! - set the timer for one minute and have at it!!!! Jump up and down, scream, yell, cuss, declare the unfairness of it all!!!!!! Anything goes as long as you stay on the mat. Note: you cannot throw things; that breaks the rules!Has this ever been you??

Chances are good this HAS been you at one time or another. Or daily. Whatever! We don't judge here!! Remember - this is a happy place for everyone! So anyway, you're stressed out - big time - and you're ready to kill someone(s). Not a good idea, except in the red-hot moment. You need to blow off steam and cuss like a sailor!!! You need to jump up and down! You need to have a full-on, no-bars-held, temper tantrum!!!! I mean really, they aren't JUST for two year olds anymore!!!
It takes a bit of planning, but if you do this, you will be all set to go the next time your temper reaches Thermo-Nuclear Meltdown phase.

BUT....when the timer goes off, you have to stop and go back to the calm, rational, responsible adult you were meant to be. Take a deep breath, re-focus and carry on! Don't you feel better now?? You.Are.Welcome!
P.S. The Bella is meeting with some talent scouts tonight. I don't know what, if anything, will come of this but if you wanted to say a little prayer for her this evening that would be great. She seems to think she will be in a "commertional" or two, and maybe do a guest shot on Yo Gabba Gabba! We shall see...

Some one would need to take my kids because they would just follow me to my mat. Of course my two year old could probably teach me how to do it properly. LOL....
