FINALLY!!! I learned how to do a Magic Card!!!
How cool is this????
Love it!! I'm going to make a ton more of these!!
Food we ate today from Pampered Chef: Cheesy Tex-Mex roll-ups, Jalapeno Popper Pizzas, Grilled Chicken Penna Al Fesco....and Chocolate Banana Cream Trifle!!
And it was SO GOOD, that I came home and made the roll-ups for the family!! This is toooo awesome not to share, so here's the recipe!

2 ears of corn, husked
1 small red bell pepper finely diced
- or red AND green pepper like I did
1/4 cup lightly packed fresh cilantro (this MAKES this recipe!!)
3/4 lbs 90% lean ground beef
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
6 (11 in.) flour tortillas

Preheat oven to 450*. Remove corn from cobs. Dice bell peppers. Chop cilantro. Brown ground beef and salt, until no longer pink. Add corn and peppers for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat, drain, and add to mixing bowl. Stir in cheese and cilantro.

Spoon meat mixture down the center of tortilla, roll up tightly, folding in sides. Place rolled tortillas on a baking sheet or stone, and spray with vegetable oil. Bake 10-12 mins or until roll-ups are lightly browned and crisp.

Cut each roll-up on a bias into four slices. Serve with guacamole or salsa!! Enjoy!!!

I just got that card in the mail today when I collected all my mail! I LOVE it! Thank you so much!!!!! Really! It's such a treat to get good mail!

The card with the red flowers in the vase is also very good!

I'm wondering if you just have a talent with cooking. If I made the same things would they turn out the same? Probably not. Sigh.
