I quit November 8th 2006 6 days before my 40th birthday I had smoked since age 15...and at the end I was pretty much chain smoking...
It was very hard...probably one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life. This will sound silly to some people...but as a smoker you will understand...I felt like I had lost a friend.
My cigarettes were there for me through the good times and the bad...after a good meal, with a drink, hanging with friends, talking on the pnone, with coffee...when I was stressed and when I celebrated!
Jeannie...I don't know you but I know you can do this!...If I can...anyone can.

I am so proud of myself...and you will be proud of yourself too.
You will soon realize that you can smell things again...AND you will smell good. Food will taste better...food will tast REALLY good...so get out there and exercise!

Ohhhh I'd love to get me some more of that Moonlight Path Body Butter! I put in on my hands before going to sleep and not only does it soften them but the scent lulls me into sleep faster than anything else.
That's actually a good idea to auction off coupons like that. I never know what to do with that type of stuff.
