Cinnamon Pear Scone

Cinnamon Pear Scone


1/4 cup Heart Smart Bisquick
1 Tbsp soy flour
1 Tbsp eggbeaters
1 Tbsp SF vanilla DaVinci syrup
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp Equal
5 sprays FF Parkay butter spray
1/2 small pear, peeled and diced
cinnamon

Mix all ingredients except pears well. Gently stir in pears. Spread mixture in a small, sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.Bake at 400* for 15 minutes. Allow to cool before taking out of dish.

Counts as breakfast entree + 1/2 fruit serving. Add 1/2 fruit serving + dairy OR protein serving to complete breakfast meal. THIS IS SOOOOO GOOD!!

This looks good. I might try it this weekend. One question...Where do you get the soy flour and DaVinci syrup? I have never seen those before.
