Small pear; (added lunch protein to dinner stir fry)
Dinner
Steak and fresh corn (entree); stir fried sugar snap peas, mushrooms, bean sprouts and shrimp.
Dessert
Mini lemon-blackberry tarts (dessert) + 1/2 cup blackberries (dinner fruit)
