Hello, Crafters!! :D Welcome to another bare it all Wednesday! Julia from The Stamping Ground is hosting yet another Looky-Loo into the lives and desks of crafters around the world. Love it!! I am bound and determined to make 2015 COUNT, with organization, crafting and keeping up with my blog!!!! And if I can get some consistent sleep, it might just actually happen! *wink*
My desk this week:
I just finished 12, yes TWELVE!, cards using some Lawn Fawn stamps and dies and thought I'd have some fun with my yet-to-be-used Magnolia stamps. I believe these were purchased last year!!! I have many friends still battling very cold winters, so I can make use of them even though yet another Christmas has come and gone. I need to get back into crafting....not craft supply collecting!!! If you'd like to see the cards I made, you can scroll down and see them HERE.
Some of these will be fussy cut out, and some I'll use dies. I have a fun background die to use for a couple of them (shown here). So many toys, so little time, no???? I am in the mood for a bit of coloring, so I thought I'd stamp out several and enjoy the coloring part of my card making. I have the hardest time with layouts some days, so this is the fun, no-stress part for me!
Thank you so much for popping in! I hope you will leave a comment before hopping off to the next desk! If you'd like to join in the fun, simply click on the button on the top of this post. Stamp Happy!!

The dies you've got look nice & I bet the finished card will looks great Jeannie. Happy woyww Jill #10
Some great projects on the go, Jeannie. You're so right about crafting vs supply collecting! I promised myself I will only buy more stuff if I absolutely, genuinely, desperately need it for a specific project. Otherwise I'll make do with what I have, which is a lot! Happy WOYWW! zsuzsa @ InkyDinkyDoodle #27
Super stamps and dies have fun. I need to get started. Anne x #23
When you're not feeling good then the only recourse left is to collect...for inspiration, right? LOL! ;)
Have fun! We have a bit of sunshine this morning and -10 degrees/feels like -29 it says. Glad I am not going anywhere. ;)
OMG I want that Lawn Fawn pile of stash :) Love the background die, can't wait to see the finished cards. Cx #66
Belated Birthday wishes your Highness! Great stash of card you made earlier.
Sometimes just coloring images is very stress relieving, and, to me, very enjoyable. Cute Magnolia's you have ready to color.
Thanks for visiting Betsy and me this week.
Oh, I totally love those dies.
I haven't done any colouring, but now that SU has the blendies available for Sale A Bration I think I'll have to put in a large order and start playing!
Hugs,
Michelle
You have a simply gorgeous desk and it looks like everything is close at hand. I could work at your desk, and I don't often say that because I'm a neat freak.
Happy belated New Year and happy WOYWW from # 2. And thanks, too for the earlier visit.
I know what you mean, I battle with making the cards lately too. I used to colour an image and make a card straight away, but lately I enjoy the colouring so much. I have loads of coloured images and almost no cards.
Happy WOYWW!

I love that die, very useful and so nice! I also like your 2015 intention - and think you're off to a flying start!
LOL! We all have a stash if bought but unused items and should all take a leaf out of your book. Get the hidden gems out and use them! Cool die too!
Happy First WOYWW of 2015!

Hi Jeannie, and late birthday wishes. I love colouring too and find it relaxing but I don't general do multiple images maybe that's a plan for me this year. Have fun and keep warm, thanks for visiting my desk RobynO#31
Oh those stamps are lovely! And that background die is very interesting. I've never seen that one. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished cards (with back ground)

Thanks for visiting ! Looks like you are having great fun with your new stamps ! All the best for the New Year ! Ali #21
Thanks for your visit and kind comments, Jeannie. :) I have spilled a glass of wine in my craft room, so I don't bring one in very often. Spilling is a waste of good wine! Love your very tidy workspace and those adorable stamps. Makes me think that I might actually have room for just a few more in my stamps drawer.....What do you think? ;)
I am so going to have to find the finished cards I love the pile of dies you have out to go with the gals when they are colored. :) I dont think I have ever paired any tree dies with people yet so that is so neat to see Thanks for the earlier visit, ~Stacy #67
Your desk looks great….I love the die with the tree, looks like fun :)
Good luck with your goals for the New Year :)

I know exactly what you mean about craft supply collecting, because I'm often guilty of it. Therefore, getting back to crafting sounds like a good resolution for me too. Have a blessed and very creative 2015!
Your desk looks really nice and tidy... Always when I tidy up I enjoy the scene for as long as a cup of tea and start pulling things back from the drawers! Ufos are one issue and the not used stash the other issue ( besides getting your fingers inky, which is of course the main thing :)
Hullo there Jeannie,
A great creative space today, just love the images and yes hang my head here too as have two magnolia images too and dont believe have every carded them..
...wow, how bad is that?? .. stash collecting indeed!
Thanks so much for sharing ~ happy belated WOYWW!

I haven't been around for awhile. I too love colouring in, it makes me relax and tune out, pretty pictures as well. Now for the final product.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Jeannie,
Your desk looks nice and ready! I see how you stamped the images far apart as some of them you will use a die and also fussy cut. I'm thinking of stamping pages of the stamp sets I have and then selling them on ebay. I would always have an "original" and just make a copy of the ones I want to use. I'm thinking of doing this on the stamps that are mounted as I don't really have the room (and I don't use them all that much). What do you think of this idea?
I will definitely put your name in the hat for a calendar. Thank you for visiting me already!
Happy belated WOYWW
Peace Kay (61)

Have fun with your coloring! Happy WOYWW and thanks for visiting. :-) ~ Laura #65
I love Lawn Fawn, and really don't have enough lol. The baackground die is stunning. Thanks for visiting my blog earlier in the week.
To answer your question about how I store my "sticked" unmounted stamps, the fourth picture down in this post will show you http://ohhhsnapper.blogspot.com/2011/07/woyww-111-confession-time-if-blogger.html. I stamp all the images in a set on a piece of inexpensive cardstock and then put it in a smooth page protector. They stick right to it and I haven't had any problems with them drying out. It might work for your cling stamps but test it first : ).
