Yum, sounds really good!
I don't think I've ever planned out my meals for a week like that. Except now on this crazy diet when they are planned out for me. Your food sounds better to me than what I'm eating now and I am a vegetarian! LOL! :)
I'm pretty sure my gut couldn't take that menu, but it sounds good. LOL
