Take a large beef roast (2-3 lbs), and dice into bite sized cubes. In a bowl, mix 2 packets of seasonings, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 1/2 cups water. Put beef in crock pot set at low, stir in mixture. Let simmer for 7-8 hours. 30 minutes before eating, stir in chopped broccoli florets (I don't measure, just use a small head), one can of baby corn cobs cut in small pieces, 8 oz. fresh mushrooms sliced and some fresh snow peas. Serve over rice!
