OWH Memorial Day Weekend Bloghop!

It's time again for the annual Memorial Day Operation Write Home Bloghop!! Even though things have been a bit crazy (and more than a bit stressed!!) around here, I so wanted to participate in this event. I had planned on making two cards, but in the end I stopped with one. We were to link up our blog posts, have a card posted using any OWH sketch, and make it a thank you card.

The sketch I chose:

My card for this hop:

Side view:
Recipe:
Stamps: Express Yourself (hostess set)
Paper: Brilliant Blue, Red Riding Hood, Whisper White, Bo Bunny Anthem Collection DSP
Ink: Brilliant Blue
Accessories: 1" square punch, postage stamp punch, Memory Box scrollwork die, word window punch, star gems, small heart punch, SU flower buttons, mini glue dots, dimensionals

Would you like to see MORE awesome cards for our troops? Simply click on the top Bloghop photo, or click HERE!

And remember, Memorial Day honors those individuals, from all branches of our military, who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for the safety of our country and our freedoms. THANK YOU to every one of you, and to the families of our fallen!!!!
