A bit of "mini art"...

I've wanted to send this locket to my friend, with some original inserts, but 'stuff' kept getting in the way...things would come up...life would get busy...I'd keep forgetting, lol...you know the way it is! And I'd keep saying to myself, I've GOT TO get this done already!!!! And that was about...two years ago? Definitely over one anyway.  So now I've finally done it! And I'm so happy with how they've turned out!

The locket, with a Paris themed insert:

At first it was sort of overwhelming!!! You wouldn't think that a one inch square would be that hard, but for me it was. Then I just dove into it, and discovered, or rediscovered, stamp sets and punches that enjoyed being taken out and played with! The Simply Adorned line has been discontinued by Stampin Up, and when it was debuted I really wasn't "into" it at all. I'm so glad I picked up some of these lovelies on the Clearance Rack before it was too late!!!

And now that this one is completed...it's time to make some up for ME!! Stay tuned!

Your locket is gorgeous and I am sure your friend will LOVE it! As I say....best things come to those who wait!
As for inchies, I was at a retreat when I was introduced to the pesky things. I did not get them at all until about 3 am then I could not stop!

I am glad to hear that I am not the only one who procrastinates doing something because life gets in the way. I think your locket turned out beautifully. You have so much great craft stuff to work with!

That locket & inserts turned out amazing!
You'll probably make a dozen of them now!
Glad you're feeling better, and I wish you sunny skies & friendly people moving into the empty units!

Oh my...the necklace is gorgeous. That's one very lucky friend!! I like the other little mini's but I "Mustache you a question" hehe...will they fit into this locket or did you make these to put in other lockets?

Hugs,
