The Creative Process....

Yes, today was last minute panic, lol! I needed to make a custom order card, and it was far outside my comfort zone. As in, I didn't even know WHERE to really start!!!
So after some Googling and some Pinterest searching and some hemming and hawwing, I finally just bit the bullet and got to work, lol! I took out all my "clock" stamps (there weren't many), and discovered a cog punch I had forgotten I even had, lol! I did have a "gear" embossing folder too (also had forgotten!), but wound up not needing it. So I had stamps out, various papers and punches, embossing folders and powders, flowers, trim, embellishments....a desk full of mess....and slowly it started coming together.

Custom Clock Collage Card:
Without flash

 With flash on
You can see the heat embossing this way.

The inside is left very "white" as many people are going to be signing it for the recipient.

I ordered these boxes specifically for my heavily embellished 6" cards. Supposedly you can put them together without adhesive, but that's a crock! Used a ton of sticky strip. (**grumble**) At least they worked well after I got them put together!

The top of the box has these indents so you can easily open them! So what do you think?? Mission successful????
