Kemnath's Christmas Market

It was hard to get good night time photos, but I did the best I could. Our first German Christmas market, and in our own pretty little town! So fun!!!
Bella pointing the way!

This was a wooden handicraft stall! Cool wooden spheres!

Bella got THREE rides on the mini carousel!

Her friend got to join us!

All the shops and apartments had white candles burning.

Beautiful store displays!

Lots of food to try!

Lighted archway

Nativity scene

They even had a fire twirler!

Today we'll be going to the Grafenwohr Christmas market and tomorrow the one in Regensburg!! Each town has it's own "flavor" and the best in Germany are in Bavaria. We're so lucky to live here!!!! Stay tuned for more photos!

What an incredibly cool experience to take part in their cultural celebrations. I would totally dig that.
