Design Team Submission!

Lesley, from Always Playing With Paper, has put out a Design Team Member call for her Dynamic Duos challenge! I've worked with her in the past and she's such a Sweetheart! To be considered, you needed to make two new projects with any two combos of your choice. This challenge was always something I wanted to play in, but never got around to it in time!!

The first color combo I picked was:

The card I made:
Recipe:
Stamps: Serene Snowflakes, Mixed Medley, Occasional Quotes
Paper: Bashful Blue, Marina Mist, Whisper White
Ink: Bashful Blue, Marina Mist
Accessories: 3/4" circle punch, 1 1/4" scalloped circle punch, 1 3/8" circle punch, frost shimmer mist, pearls, Marina Mist scalloped ribbon, dimensionals, glue dots

The second combo I chose:

The card I made:
Recipe:
Stamps: Ornament Keepsakes, Teeny Tiny Wishes, More Merry Messages
Paper: River Rock, Always Artichoke, Very Vanilla, Brushed Gold, River Rock DSP
Ink: Always Artichoke
Accessories: Ornament framelits, word window punch, modern label punch, gold cord, mini glue dots, dimensionals, star punch, Christmas tree punch, heart punch

I made two copies of each card, and they will be submitted to:

And The Bella wrote this letter!:
(clickety to biggify!)

*fingers crossed* I'll be chosen for the Design Team!

I'd choose you for the design team! Both cards or smashing (or something like that). Bella's letter is pretty special too.

Gorgeous cards, Jeannie!

I'm sorry you didn't have much success with the Angelina fibres. I tried one with a very pale coloured fibre which didn't work too well until I went over the fused bits with a gel pen. Also, try some different stamps - maybe some with more solid areas that will show up more. Keep experimenting, and I'm sure you'll have some success! You do also have to check that the fibres have actually fused - gently peel away part of the baking parchment to check, and if it isn't done, iron a bit more!

Jeannie, thank you for your lovely comment and your best wishes. I am hoping things are starting to improve now, on all fronts. Soon I hope to be creating again, too!
