Monthly Card Swap - April

Time to make my monthly cards again! I blogged about my March cards HERE. These have to reach the hostess by the end of April, so I'm actually a bit "late" getting these out! Even Priority Mail is slow over here!!! I only just got my package of February cards in return mail!!! Oh well. I chose the Spring Punch Art theme, of the four choices given this month. Although not technically "punch art" punch art, it will have to be close enough, lol! I did use some punches!!!

My Card:

Close-up:
Recipe:
Stamps: Four Frames, Clearly For You
Paper: Soft Suede, Pool Party, Very Vanilla, Daffodil Delight, Attic Boutique DSP
Ink: Soft Suede, Pool Party
Accessories: Soft Suede taffeta ribbon, pearls, dimensionals, glue dots, doily die, designer label punch, trio flower punch, Beautiful Wings embosslit, Little Leaves embosslit, blender pen

I also decorated the inside but forgot to photograph it - oops! I thought I was picking a "simple" design, but it wound up taking me 1 1/2 days to make these, and package them up! So much for my simple idea, huh? I'm quite pleased with how they turned out though, and I even used my newest designer paper instead of hoarding it as usual!!!

Pretty! Love the background paper and the doily! Always takes more time than you think when you make several. ;)

Lovely cards. I am loving the doily. With added touches of butterflies I love how it turned out. Lucky women!

A labour of love my dear and well worth the effort.

Glad to have kept you company through most of it.
