Yay! It's Sunday!!

Well, we didn't go to Verona yesterday. It was windy and cloudy and looked like it was going to rain any second...which it actually did a couple of times. So, maybe next weekend. That's a great thing about living here. We don't have to try to cram everything in during a vacation, and yet still see/do everything we want to! I like the idea of traveling every weekend and having lots of travel pics to share with you, but I am not going to do it in the wind and rain! Ya know?

This past Thursday was Take Your Child To Work Day, in support of April being the Month of the Military Child. Bella was in hog heaven because she didn't have to go to school AND she got to do "soldier stuff". Part of the regular day's schedule included training - gas mask training to be specific - and The Bellaboo thought this was FUN!!
She loves it!!

She also got to answer phones, make photocopies and "deliver" messages. The only thing she didn't like was coming home, lol! She did get to have lunch with Daddy before coming home though, so that helped!

Anyone going to Michael's, Jo-ann's or Hobby Lobby soon???
If you do, and if you pick this paper stack up for me, I'd be soooo grateful!! And yes, I'd pay you for it!! And no, I don't want it just for the name, lol! Although that is a bonus...it's just so pretttttyyyy!!! And I wants it! (I tried buying it online with all three stores, but none of them had it for sale online.)

A couple of things I missed from my Venice posts:
We picked up this t-shirt for Bella.

Can you see why??? LOL!

I also got this fan...
It's soooo pretty!!!
That's all I have so far for today. I will be finishing up some more cards later, and perhaps we might venture out on post. I have made quite a few cards in the past couple of days, but some have to wait to be posted as they're for TSB and the challenges they're hosting. I do so hate keepin' secrets though, lol!!!

Bella looks really happy! Glad she had a good day! We're getting a Michael's in the small town...they're converting a Circuit City as we speak, but I don't think it's suppose to be ready until October.
That fan is beautiful!

Glad Bella had a good time. I love that company's let the kids come in and see what the parent's enviroment is like. Super idea!!
Love her new T-shirt!!
If I get to Hobby Lobby I will definitely pick this up for you.
Have you tried JoAnn's on line?? Would they ship to you?
Hugs

It looks like she had a ball!....It's occasions like that, that she will remember forever! My son loved it when he got to go to work with his dad for the day back at Benning while I was away for the SU convention. :)

Bella does look very happy to be with the dad. How cool is that? I love that shirt for Bella as we are fans of both Cole and Bella so it's great. Look forward to seeing all the cards!

It sounds like The Bella had a great time going to work with Daddy. :)

That's a cute t-shirt you found for Bella. And yes, that fan is very pretty.

Sorry, can't help you out with the paper stack from Michael's, Jo-ann's or Hobby Lobby. We don't have any of those stores around here. Closest ones would be an hour away near the mall, and we don't get up that way often.

I hope you get a chance to visit Verona next weekend.

Nothing like wearing a gas mask with daddy...

Hmm.... that stirred up some odd questions in my head...

Bella looks like she is having a blast! A gassy blast, lol.

That paper is pretty. I'll keep my eyes open when I am at the stores and if someone else has not already gotten it for you, will pick it up. That is very pretty paper.

Hopefully you will make it to Verona soon, but like you say, since you live there you can wait and go when it is nice. I know I would!

I love the shirt!

She must have had an absolute ball going to work with her Dad. How fun is that!!!

Sounds like your weather is just like our weather. I'm ready for it to make up its mind already and warm up. The rain is good for the plants but it's not so much fun for us!

Did anyone ever hook you up with the paper pad? I have Michael's, Joann's and Craft Warehouse near me, and I'm positive I've seen them there. I'll check again in the next few days :)
