Busy, busy day here today! We will be leaving early tomorrow morning to head to Garmisch, Germany - deep in the heart of the Bavarian region, for an Army sponsored family retreat!!! Transportation, hotel and most meals are paid for!! We have opted to take a side trip to visit Neuschwanstein Castle, aka the "Cinderella Castle"! I have been there before and it is just breath-taking!!! So prepare yourself for more travel pictures and videos on Monday!

not jealous I've seen it! However I am jealous that you get to have German food! And if you run across a fest have some chocolate covered strawberries for me! LOVE YA! THAT. IS. ALL.

LOL! That was a joke in my house when I was a kid, I went to Germany to visit family and my favorite thing was to visit all of Ludwig's castles this one was my absolute favorites, so I said it was mine.

Middle son had the opportunity to see the castle a couple of years ago! Stunning! Can't wait to see the pictures!

You'll love Garmich...I have never heard a bad thing about that place, any time of year!! I hope you enjoy yourself!!! I'd say I'm jealous but I'm not...been there done that and Thankfully back in the STATES!!!
