Did you know I'm stylish??

I didn't, until now, lol!!
Part of accepting this award is to:

1. Thank and link back to the person who gave you this award. Thanks Sylvia!!
2. Share 8 things about yourself
3. Pass it on to 8 bloggers
4. Contact those bloggers and tell them about their award

So 8 things about me ....

1. I love my cats like real babies. I get very, very attached to them. My all-time favorite cat was Sasha. She was wherever I was and was the most devoted 'pet' ever! But Minnie is pretty special too, especially seeing how she found and chose me.

2. I love to read! I have started reading a lot more lately and found out how much I missed it. I used to pretty much read about 5-7 books a week, but that fell off when I discovered stamping about two years ago, lol! My kindle is awesome and there are thousands of FREE BOOKS you can get - gotta love free!

3. I'm a procrastinator!!!!! Even on things I want to do! For me, starting isn't half the battle - it's the whole war, lol! Once started, I'm good to go. Getting started however....

4. I'm the "builder-upper" type, not the "tearer-downer" type. I just cannot understand people who feel the need to make others somehow less in order to make themselves more. It's contrary to everything I believe in. Everyone is fighting some kind of battle...why add to it?

5. I want to learn to ballroom dance!! I'm telling you....I could so rock the Dancing With The Stars show!! Music is in my veins!!!! Alas, I'm not famous or infamous. Bummer.

6. I think Facebook is pure evil. And no one is going to change my mind on the matter!

7. Stamping allows me to pretend that I'm artistic and creative, when I know I'm really not. I just have some really, really awesome tools!!

8. Copic markers (especially sketch ones!) are just the bee's knees in my book! There are 334 colors. I don't have them all. YET!! But I will! Oh yes-siree, I will!!

Trying to think of eight things is really hard. Kinda weird, but true!

I pass this award on to:

So go and check out some of my stylin' friends, OK??

I'd love to ballroom dance too. But Jim doesn't quite feel the pull, so I guess that's out. Interesting things.

We have a cat that found us as well. Hubby wrote her name first, so it is Mini. LOL! He thought it went well with our other cat's name, Max.

I have a Nook and just adore it! I never knew I wanted it, until I got it.

Karma is my roommate--hehe! ;)

Totally agree with number 4!!

Dance, Baby, dance!!

Facebook sucked up too much time for me and now I can't delete my account? Hummm....maybe they are evil?

I have lots of tools, too. I am going to be getting my first copic markers with my Christmas money!! Just ordered them last night online.

I'm no good for awards. So glad you didn't pick me. I can't figure out how to post things on the side of my blog and I never seem to get around to explaining and then answering these lists on my own blog--ROFL! Hopeless! ;) But I love to read them. :):)

I'm kind of surprised that you think I'm "stylish" seeing as most of my clothes are 7 yrs old (b/c I'm still fat from the twins)...but I guess my personality more than makes up for it...at least that's what I tell myself :o)
Love ya girlie!!

What?! Jeannie I love you! You give me this reward when I TOTALLY don't deserve it, I love you!

And what is this about you pretending to be artistic and creative? You ARE artistic and creative, don't even try to tell me different!

That is awesome you want to learn to ballroom dance, that would be so fun!!!

Ballroom dancing is totally awesome - I've taken lessons for years (as a teenager) and still love it, the only down side is ... my hubster does not like to dance in public. So now I get to use my skills when it's just two of us at home :) Hope you get to experience it thought - it's a lot of FUN!

hugs darling!

Awwww, thank you so much! I loved the award...you are so sweet.

I love my cat too...I have had her for 17 years and she is still kicking it. I have no idea what I will do when she is gone.

I use to be a reader too but since kids came along, I don't do as much. One of these days!

Thanks again girl! :)

Thanks sweetie for the award!!

I adore facebook! But I have stopped playing the games. It was taking too much time and my computer no longer was playing nice with it;)

I hope you get tons of sleep in the new year. You will need it if you are going to take dance lessons.

UGH, getting started is the whole battle for me too!

Oh & you DO have artistic talent, in some other people's hands those same tools probably don't come out nearly as beautiful.
