ColourQ Challenge #61

Isn't this a gorgeous inspiration picture?? Love it! Unfortunately, I didn't have anything 'peacock-y', and I'm hopelessly behind on my Christmas cards, so...

Here is my card for this week's consideration:
Stamp set: SU's Happy Holidays
Paper: Whisper White, Wild Wasabi, Pacific Point, Tempting Turquoise and Soft Suede
Ink: Staz-On black, Soft Suede, Tempting Turquoise and Pacific Point
Accessories: Dazzling Diamonds glitter, SU buttons, corner punch, herringbone embossing folder, swirls embossing folder, SU markers, topnote die

I haven't done any masking in a longggg time, and this was a chance to practice that technique. I stamped the snowman on my white topnote, and then again on scrap paper. I cut out the snowman on my scrap paper and used temporary adhesive to cover the original stamped piece. This allowed me to sponge and stamp the background, leaving the snowman white! Cool huh??

You have to check out the other entries this week - Fab-u-lous!!
All on the ColourQ Blog!!!
