My card for this week:
Stamps: SU Bloomin Beautiful
Paper: SU DSP and cardstock
Ink: SU Soft Suede classic ink and SU markers
Accessories: SU ribbon & button, half pearls, MS border punch, Nesties topnote square, Cuttlebug embossing folder
For the bargello technique, I cut 1/4" strips of DSP and placed them on sticky paper in rotating patterns. When the page was full, I trimmed off the edges, turned the paper 90 degrees, and then cut the sheet in 1/2" strips. Taking another sticky sheet, arrange the strips in varying positions to give it a "quilt" look. I saw this technique featured in the June issue of Stampin Success and had to try it! It's not hard at all, just a bit time consuming, lol! Give it a shot!

WOW! WOW! How totally FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! My gosh, girl, you nailed both of these challenges. Totally amazing!
Well if anyone deserves to have Queen title, it's SOOOO you. ;) The card looks incredibly complicated and beautiful and I'm just going to sit here in awe of you for a second.
And btw, Georgia has not been kind to our allergies. We've both had headaches all week. Not YOUR headaches, but pretty unpleasant, all the same. Looks like we should've bought stock in Claritin.
