Just another manic Monday...

Ohmygosh! I'm soooo tired, but I got a lot done! Brows I have used up ALL my cling and ALL my DVD cases!!!! Look at these fullllll shelves! That's the good news...
See??? No more huge pile of cases on the floor!!
Bad news? I had to order MORE cling and 80 more DVD cases!! UGH!!!! So that means I'm 2/3 finished. That's something...right?? While I'm waiting for more supplies, I'm going to craft a little bit (I have a list to catch up on!), and then take the remaining stamps off the wooden blocks just to get ahead of the game a bit. I so wish I had thought to do this longgggg ago, lol!
************************************
I came up with something new in the kitchen!!

I had a box of Cheez-It crackers and even though it was in a box, the vast majority of them were mostly crumbs. Major bummer! I thought....what can I do with this???

Cheez-It Chicken!!!!
This is just so amazingly good, you're going to want to crush them up just to make this!! Just dip your chicken (I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts) in egg, then the crumbs. Easy Peasy!!! I cooked at 375 for 15-20 minutes each side. They were pretty thick pieces. Enjoy!

And for dessert I have to-die-for-oooey-gooey brownies in the oven!!

You are so organized! It looks very neat and tidy.

That chicken does sound good. I should think to use crumbs more often. I always have crumbs in the bottom of boxes. :)

Hmm that chicken looks interesting. I've done something similar with potato flakes and parmesean. I've also tried the French's Fried Onion Strings. Both turned out nummy.
