Daily Menu 9-8-09

Breakfast
entree: cinnamon swirl bar
protein: 1/2 cup EB and 1 MSF sausage link
fruit: grapes
Lunch
entree: Pasta parmesan (really good!)
salad
protein: 3 oz. shrimp

Snack
mozzerella sticks
peach

Dinner
entree: swedish meatballs (REALLY good!)
veggies (2): stir fried sugar snap peas

Dessert
BBQ soy chips
dinner fruit: apple
dinner fat: peanut butter

I am so impressed you are really sticking to it Girl!! Way to go.
These meals actually look filling and pretty tasty.

Hmmm, that probably would have left me hungry. But you know, I like that you are posting the meals with pictures. I've never done any sort of diet like that and it is really interesting. And you are doing GREAT!
