Daily Menu 9-7-09

Breakfast
entree: apple cinnamon oatmeal
made into apricot-apple oatmeal cookies!
recipe from my cookbook!!
fruit: 3 dried apricots
protein: 2 MSF sausage links
Lunch
entree: fettuccini alfredo
salad
protein: FF turkey breast slices in salad
Snack
fruit: banana & strawberries
dairy: yogurt
made into a smoothie
Dinner
entree: NS "stroganoff" (aka BLECH!!)
veggies (2): fresh, steamed broccoli
baked mushrooms (YUMMY!!!)
Dessert
entree & dinner fat: Jeannie Brownies!!

(I know I said only NS foods for a month, but I NEEDED this!!)
dinner fruit: grapes

I am generally a beef s. fan, but that does not look that great. Otherwise looks like a pretty yummy day to me!
