That flavor Yoplait is yummy. I've found that I really like the Dannon Light and Fit yogurts though. There are 20 fewer calories for the most part in them. A 6oz yogurt only costs you 80 calories. They have a couple seasonal flavors out...watermelon and cantalope. The latter of those two is my fav. I get the big container of vanilla for my smoothies. Add 6oz to the skim milk and fruit....yummy.
