Daily Menu 9-5-09

Day Six!

Breakfast
entree: cinnamon swirl bar
fruit: granny smith apple
dairy: raspberry cheesecake yogurt (DA BOMB!!)

Lunch
entree: choc raspberry bar
salad with
protein: 1/2 small can of tuna

Snack
dairy: 2 mozzerella sticks
fruit: dehydrated peach slices (AWESOME!!)
Dinner
entree: cheese ravioli
veggies (2): steamed broccoli

Dessert
nacho crisps
dinner fruit: pear
dinner fat: 1 tsp peanut butter

That flavor Yoplait is yummy. I've found that I really like the Dannon Light and Fit yogurts though. There are 20 fewer calories for the most part in them. A 6oz yogurt only costs you 80 calories. They have a couple seasonal flavors out...watermelon and cantalope. The latter of those two is my fav. I get the big container of vanilla for my smoothies. Add 6oz to the skim milk and fruit....yummy.
