But it's ok. We are getting Direct TV installed on Wednesday and internet installed on Friday. And Charter can suck it if they think they are getting one red penny outta me!!! Buggers.
I made this card (very late) for a swap I signed up for and then promptly forgot about. Ooops! Sorry, my bad. I'm not totally satisfied with it, but I had to follow a sketch and I've figured out I don't like doing that. It all comes back to I don't like being told what to do. I don't have a problem with authority. I just don't accept any, lol!!! And for me, it's not a problem!
Besides my usual Monday chores (floors, laundry, blech!!), I made a gazillion mini cupcakes for Bella tomorrow. Yes, TOMORROW is The Bella's 5th birthday! I can't believe it!!!! I was always working with Alex and Shane and never got to bake much of anything, much less bring it to their schools. I'm so blessed that Thomas works his butt off so I can stay home and do these kinds of things. They are confetti cupcakes with strawberry frosting, with sprinkles on top - per The Bella's orders! The frosting tastes much better than I anticipated and the cake is really awesome!!!
Karen send me some Good Mail!! THANK YOU KAREN!! A real Mardi Gras necklace (that Bella promptly stole from me, as seen in the above pics!!!), a too cute Queen sign and Momisms (how true, how true!). I love Good Mail!!!

She's such a ham...and those cupcakes look delicious. Sorry about Charter. We have Comcast here, no Charter. My boyfriend's mom is in East TN and has Charter and it seems to work fine there but I haven't asked her if it goes down a lot. We're on Comcast Internet. It went down earlier tonight briefly but it's back up. Why do these things go down? I don't get it.
I want a mini cupcake!!
Happy Birthday to Bella and check out my blog post this evening... great minds think alike! Blech... hate Charter!
I can just taste those cupcakes - yum!
Happy Birthday Bella! It just occurred to me that if Bella lived in Missouri she wouldn't be in Kindergarten. I'm not sure what the cutoff date is but I know my granddaughter's birthday was last week and she had to wait a whole nother year to go to school.
Bella is leaving four behind with a bang and I love it. Some happy kids will be munching those pretty cupcakes tomorrow.
Looking forward to hearing how satellite internet works out.
Awesome that you are getting new service! Those cupcakes look awesome, and Bellas growing up!
I am delighted that you got them...and loved the pics of Bella with the necklace. How neat. Enjoy the stuff. I want a cupcake...if there are any left...save one for me. They look really yummy. I will freeze it til I hit goal weight. :-)
Happy Birthday to Bella. The mini cupcakes look yummy!
P.S. I am now a Royally Happy Follower. : )
Bella is so cute! Yay! Happy Birthday Bella!
Bella is so cute! Yay! Happy Birthday Bella!
I need some of those Momisms, LOL. I think if my family had a translator book things would go MUCH smoother.
Those cupcakes look FABULOUS. I will have to start baking again, now that The Diva is starting preschool. (She will be five in March).
I cannot believe how fast the7y grow up!
And I think the card is adorable!
Today Comcast was down a great deal of the day. By the time it was up and running, I had over 100 new entries in the Google Reader. *ugh* However, the no 'net because the service down allowed me to work on a project I started yesterday.
I love the mini cupcakes! Yum! So smart of you to make them mini. And, you know, those rainbow sprinkles make everything taste better. Funny how that works, but it is true! Being a stay-at-home Mom is definitely the most enjoyable way to raise kids! :) I thought your card was really cute!
