Feeling behind...

I'm feeling so behind lately and my brain is so freakin' FLIGHTY!!! I can't seem to focus on anything, and I'm perpetually tired. Ugh! I have fifty million things to do, and stuff I want to do, but I'm overwhelmed with where to start. I need to get it together already!!!
This was the dessert I served on Wednesday. This chocolate version was awesome, but I still think the pistachio one was the best. I made a realllllly yummy dinner for Rachel's family too. Nothing like good food with good people!!
Yesterday Rachel & I and our kids went to Jo-Ann's real quick. I picked up some red cellophane so I can finally make those Secret Decoder cards (FUN!!), googley eyes for Cookie Monster cards, tons of fun ribbons, etc etc etc, LOL! I got Bella this watercolor book. It only uses water, NO PAINT, so no mess!! Plus when it dries you can start all over so it never ends! She was in heaven!
She takes her artwork VERY seriously!
Don't you love the bows Jen made for her??
In the mail I got a package from Julie, my TAC Angel. She sent me the new catalog I asked for but also included all these lovely samples and prezzies too!! LOVE IT!! She's so good to me! If you don't already have a TAC Angel I highly recommend her! Julie's site, click HERE.

Now I have to get BUSY around here!! Hopefully I can get a ton of things done today and will have more to share with everyone soon...

That cake looks sooooooooo yummy! Do you have a recipe handy--for both the chocolate AND the pistachio? Not that we're pigs over here, but I love to give my large family a selection, don't you see. You're 2 away from me on the SITS Roll Call today...how special!

I'm still laughing at that "When you wish upon a falling star" "inspirational" poster.

Please avoid the meteorites.

Bella suddenly looks like such a big girl! Enjoy her as much as you can, they grow up so fast!

I feel tired and overwhelmed too! For years! so much to do and want to do but always too tired to do it! why is that??? Is it the "over 40" Syndrome or lack of motivation? Maybe we just need to eat more chocolate!

The cake looks really tasty. I love chocolate cake.

Bella looks like she's having lots of fun with that watercolor book. She looks like she's artistically inclined like her mom, too.

Bella reminds me of myself at that age at times. I was very serious about my coloring too.

That cake looks so good!!

You get good stuff Jeannie, cuz you give good stuff:)

Adela loves those paint books too. Of course she then gets mad when she wants to do it again and they are not dried.

You must do better than I do when you are scattered because you still manage to cook wonderful things!
