I moved my non-smoking counter thingy down to the very, very bottom of my blog, but it's still there and still counting away. As of right now I've been smoke free for 84 1/2 days and avoided 2, 533 cigarettes!!! That is amazing to me! Do I still miss 'em every once and a while? Yes. Do I wish I had them when things get stressful? Yes. Will I EVER smoke again? HELL NO!!! No how, no way, not ever!! And if I can do it, anyone can do it. I loved smoking - really, really enjoyed it. I have tried to quit many times and failed. But I didn't give up and if you smoke, neither should you. Every cigarette you avoid is a success!! Be there, with good health, for your family. Who wants to be the invalid hooked up to the oxygen machine, when everyone else is having fun?? NOT ME!!! I know you can do it too!!!

awesome! see i told you you could so it! yeah i stopped smoking just before christmas and i finally reached the point where i forgot what they tasted like :) congrats miss non-smoker!!!
So how much money have you saved? Wouldn't it be nice to after a year take a really nice vacation with all that money? I think you are doing so great! It's wonderful that you put yourself first!
