1 package (18 oz.) refrigerated choc chip cookie dough
2 Tbsp milk
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar

12-16 fresh strawberries cut in half
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 blueberries
1/4 cup semi-sweet choc chips
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Spread out cookie dough on large round stone, using floured rolling pin. Bake at 350 for 15 mins. Cool 10 mins, the carefully loosen cookie from stone using serrated bread knife. Cool completely on baking stone. (I eventually put it in the fridge to get it completely cool!!)
Mix milk, sugar and cream cheese really well. Spread on cooled cookie. Arrange fruit as desired on top of cream cheese mixture. Microwave choc chips and oil, then drizzle on top of fruit. Refrigerate at least 30 mins and cut into wedges. Enjoy!!

Of course we were too busy talking and eating to take more pictures. I totally forgot, lol! Oh well - a great time was had by all! We had hot dogs and burgers, pasta salad, potato salad, veggie tray, chips, fresh French bread with hot artichoke & spinach dip and drinks. We were stuffed!!
