The lovely LadyStyx gave me this for going over 30 days without smoking! Thank you so much!!! I KNOW I'm good to go now because the mere thought of cigarettes makes me really sick! When I smell smoke, or smell smokers, my stomache just about heaves. I've smoked half my life and I KNOW how hard quitting is. But if I can do it, anyone can!!! Please quit if you smoke!!!!!*******************************************
New Fiber One Bars!!I have no clue WHY, but General Mills sent me a FULL BOX of the new chewy Fiber One bars! Full size box, full size bars - yay!!!!!! They are Chocolate Mocha flavor. So if you LOVE LOVE LOVE dark chocolate and rich coffee flavors, you will totally dig these. They are a little low in protein, but otherwise the stats are great and would be a wonderful pick-me-up in the afternoons, or with breakfast (add a fruit and protein serving too!). They also gave me ten coupons for $1.35 off a box. I'm going to be greedy and keep five, but the first 5 people who comment that they want one can have one!!

Congrats (again) on the smoke-free thing. I've never smoked myself but have seen the how the addiction has affected friends and family members. You are a strong woman.

Havent tried the FiberOne bars yet, I am addicted to the SpecialK ones though. I HAVE tried one of the FiberOne cereals....ewww nasty.

I like the first comforter set.
