These are the recipes used at my party! They were SOOOO GOOD! We made a few changes to suit individual tastes, so be sure to do the same. If you have never been to a Pampered Chef party I suggest you host one!!! It's alot of fun and their products rock!
Hot Pizza Dip
Ingredients:
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 C Mozzarella cheese shredded
3/4 C parmesan cheese shredded
1 8 oz can pizza sauce
2 TBSP green pepper chopped
2 TBSP Green onions sliced.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cream cheese and Italian seasonings, spread into 8" mini baker.
2. In a small bowl, combine mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle 1/2 on top of the cream chesse. Spread pizza sauce over the cheese mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Top with bell pepper and green onions.
3. Bake 15-18 minutes. (or 400 degrees for 8 minutes) Serve with french bread or fresh vegetable dippers.
Yield: 20 appetizers
Black Forrest Trifle
1 package fudge brownie mix (13-inch x 9-inch pan size)
1 can cherry pie filling2-cups cold milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
1 package (3.3 ounces) instant white chocolate pudding mix
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 Heath candy bar, chopped
Prepare and bake brownies according to package directions for cake-like brownies, using a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Cool completely on a wire rack. In a large mixing bowl, beat the milk and pudding mixes on low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Cut the brownies into 1-in. cubes; place half in a 3-qt. glass trifle bowl or serving dish. Cover with half of the pudding. Add can of cherry pie filling. Repeat browning and pudding layers. Sprinkle with chopped candy bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
Yield: 16 servings.
