I would have to say that it's a tie between "Steel Magnolias" and "Terms of Endearment". They both really get to me and I always need a Kleenex!

My favorite movie is Notting Hill. I love the music, the storyline, the happy ending. The one line that gets me every time: Don't forget, I'm just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking him to love me.

How can anyone NOT love that movie?

My favorite movie? Well, I have three. Sorry but it's true. The first one is The Princess Bride. Yep, Carey Elwes and Robin Wright are so in love in that movie! The last song played in that movie "Storybook Story" is the song my husband and I played at our wedding during our Unity candle lighting. The second is "Ghost". Patrick Swayze...need I say more? And the song "Unchained Melody" (Righteous Bros.) is OUR song. First Dance and all.

My third is Say Anything. John Cusack is a brilliant actor and way underrated. And the scene where he holds up the ghetto blaster outside his love's window playing "In your eyes".....AHHHHH melt me!

I could watch these all day back to back and never be bored. But if I had to pick JUST one, it would be Princess Bride. A love that not even death can stop. I LOVE that! Everyone should have a love like that!

frequency - because its basically a story about redemption. and since you're trying to quit smoking you should watch it and play attention to what happens to dennis quaid's character :)

Great question, I have a few favorites
"Liar Liar", I just can't help but laugh when I watch it. It is my "I need a laugh" movie. Also "Under the Tuscan Sun" It's just beautiful scenery and you can't help but want to pick up and move there when you see it. And "Overboard" with Goldie Hawn, just makes me smile. Happy Bloggiversary : )

oh how I heart gummi bears! yum yum YUM!! My favorite movies is probably Harry Potter, and I think the first. I think Chris Columbus did a GREAT job capturing the feeling of the book. It's my fave movie becasue the HP movies are about the only ones DH and I can sit and watch together over and over! So it's guaranteed together time!

wow, lots of good movies out there, but I would have to say Somewhere In Time - from early 80s , with Jane Seymour and Christopher Reeve. I love everything having to do with the movie! I have the soundtrack and the DVD. I can do most of the words from the love scenes by heart... /sigh....
