Are you a Guitar Hero fan? I'm guessing that if you played it just ONCE, you'd become completely addicted to it. My eldest calls it "urban crack", but it's just that engrossing! And I'm not one for video games either. At all!! But this is different......and it's awesome! I LOVE GUITAR HERO!!!!
So last night I got out my guitar and was only playing on "hard" (there's easy, medium, hard and expert levels). I was doing pretty good too!!! I played until my little pinky had had enough. Stretching for those crazy chords and fast patterns takes some practice and more time than I usually have, lol! There's one song though that is just crazy hard...even on "easy". It's "Through the Fire and Flames". It's an automatic "get booed off the stage" for me; as opposed to being told "You Rock!". I went on YouTube and wouldn't you know it, there are kids that have videotaped themselves playing this song - ON EXPERT! Yikes! I rock hard, but not this hard...How hard do YOU rock???

My husband wants this game so bad! If our finances are okay then, I might consider getting it for him for his birthday.
My husband rocks. The rest of him just worship at his throne. Actually, we only play maybe 5 times a year, but he can do anything. I admit that it is amazingly addicting. Who would EVER have thought it would be so difficult, and so gratifying, to hit the button at the same time as those colored dots on the screen?
I've never played Guitar Hero OR Rock Band! I'm a horrible person.
YOU ROCK! I however, am still on easy!!! But we just got "legends of rock" in addition to the 1st one, so now we can jam for hours....
Even with my love of music, I have absolutely no interest in the game. I forsee, in the near future, young Bella picking up that guitar and out rockin mom though ;) Now THAT we'll want video of!

I have no video game consoles, no idea how to even play any of them, and would suck at all of them if I tried.
Holy CRAP!!!!!!!!!!! That is crazy! I slowly worked my way up from easy to medium. The funny thing is that my husband can beat me on easy, but once we put it on medium, I kick his trash!! We have world tour, and the hardest song on their is "Schism" by Tool...the first time we played it on easy we got boo'd off the stage. But, now I can rock it on Medium.
My pinky does get smoked though...but it is so addicting!
My son can actually do some on expert but I'm a medium kinda gal. :) I have 100% on three songs though. :)
