De-Stress Thursday

This is the "regular" post for Thursdays......but really, how can you be stressed on the first day of the new year?? Even if you have serious problems, issues, whatevers....does stressing about them make them better or go away? Nope! You have to do what you can, and let the rest go. Let this be the year when you just STOP lugging the baggage around. Literally. Just.Put.It.Down. Then walk away and don't look back. Sound easy? It is!!!! But only if you allow it to be!
Start with a positive attitude!
SMILE!
Allow yourself to be happy!
Don't let anyone rain on your parade!
Repeat daily.
Shannon loves me and knows I love cats.
AND she doesn't care if I "swipe" awards.
Friends who let friends be themselves...
yeah, I like that!

I needed this post. I've had enough go wrong in the last couple of months that I was having trouble coming up with a way to start 2009 off right.

If Lizie's been overfeeding him, I've been overworking him, so between us he's staying fit, lol.

Great advise for staying stress-free!

I like friends who let friends be friends!

My husband says, "Life is too short" in references to stressing about things we can't do anything about. It is so true! A reminder not to stress is always welcome.
