You can never get to peace and inner security without first acknowledging all of the good things in your life. If you're forever wanting and longing for more without first appreciating things the way they are, you'll stay in discord.
May you move all of your mountains, and disturb the peace by adding to it. Without inner peace, it is impossible to have world peace. Peace is a daily, a weekly, a monthly process, gradually changing opinions, slowly eroding old barriers, quietly building new structures. If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other.

Those are great! Especially the first one. Some people are always wanting more, but not being truly thankful and happy for what they currently have.
