My Sunday Blessings

Like many of the new bloggy friends I've "met" over the last week or so, I am going to have a daily post on a certain subject. Sundays will be "Blessings" days. I have so much to be thankful for, and most of the time I take things and people for granted. That is so wrong!!!! Why should I be blessed so much if I don't take the time to be grateful for it? This post would be at least a mile long if I wrote about all my blessings this week. So I'll keep it to the highlights.

1. I'm grateful for finally feeling better. I really hurt my back last week and now that I'm not in pain I can do all the things in my life that I enjoy!!

2. I'm grateful for all my friends - old and new. I love getting emails and comments, and hearing about all YOUR wonderful goings-on!

3. I'm grateful for my family. I could never deserve these wonderful people!!!!

4. I'm grateful for Tina Wright!!!!! I don't *know* her, but I ran into her blog from SITS and her post and video just spoke so loudly to me. I hope you will take the time to watch this video!!! It just might be the best 5 minutes and 18 seconds you spend today! THANK YOU TINA!!! You rock! You might want to go visit her lovely blog: http://tinajeremy.blogspot.com/
PLEASE, PLEASE WATCH THIS!!!!

What are YOU thankful for this week???

I am grateful for my life, my God keeping us all safe & together under one roof, that we have food to eat & my husband has a good, steady job that earns him money to support us.

Even though it is very tough economically, we always make it somehow (even if it's by the skin of our teeth, we still made it!)

BTW, I want my own label, too!:(

Ahhhh, NOW I get it, lol!

Duh, label....I'm so slow sometimes!! Let me just work on that this week, k? =)

You do have much to the thankful for! :) Thanks for the birthday wishes for my son. We are having his party today! He is so excited. Instead of sleeping right now, he is singing "Happy Birthday" to himself. :)

I don't know if this sounds borderline selfish or not but I'm pretty thankful that I have two extra days off this week...We're going into our busy season at work and I won't be allowed ANY time off for 2 months so I'm really happy to have this time off.

Jeannie, thanks for visiting my blog. Your blog is so sweet. I am grateful for my girls and my husband-who deals with my horrible house cleaning. That we live next to a good school. That the kids grandparents are a hop skip and a jump away.

Thank you! :)

I have back issues too...totally poor posture, carrying babies around all day....acupuncture seems to help me a bunch-some insurances have coverage for it too!

I am THANKFUL that you stopped by my blog last week! :) And I'm so behind in sending back message love! Your little girl is so cute! But I'm really grateful to be healthy and to have many people that love me (and dogs that love me too!)

Great post. It really is a good idea to take at least one day out of the week to count your many blessings!

Jeannie, Thanks again for visiting. I put myself in for the running the right way this time. I hope I did the link the right way. I am still learning the blogging way of life.

Thanks for visiting. I love this idea but I know I'm horrible at "days" so I'll skip. I saw another blog that is doing 30 days of blessings for Thanksgiving, another neat idea :) Always nice to take some time to reflect on the positive!

Good plan! This week, I'm thankful that the whole family survived last week's vehicle accident and that the elk's antlers didn't go through our windows. And I'm thankful that the van wasn't written off! :)

Hello there! Thank you for the nice birthday and feel-better wishes. :) My internet has been working only when it feels like it, so getting on here has been difficult lately. :-/

This is a great idea. You rock. And I love the Monets. I am a fellow Monet lover as well. While I love the impressionist movement, I tend to have more Kandinskys and more post modern pieces in my house.
