1 cup eggbeaters
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp soy flour
Italian Mrs Dash
1 Tbsp minced onions
2 Tbsp FF cheddar cheese
2 slices FF Turkey breast (50 cals worth), minced very finely
2 Tbsp pico de gallo
In a bowl, mix eggs, baking powder and flour well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook in puff pan, sprayed with olive oil Pam spray. It should make 21 puffs!!! Be patient in cooking - this one does take longer before flipping.
Counts as breakfast entree + protein serving if you eat them all, OR eat half for just a breakfast entree. 213 calories total. Add fruit serving to complete breakfast meal.

Now THAT looks really good - recipe please! I haven't puffed in at least a week - so I'm ready and something like that - well even the family would eat that without the ever present question "Is that diet food?"
