- Who am I??? Well, a lot more than will fit into a little box! I am many things, to many people, but I am and always will be...the Queen! It's a terrific way to be creative, even if you have little "artistic" talent like me, lol! My family is everything to me, and I think it shows in everything I do. I'm so happy things are working out so well for you!
We have another snow day today making me question whether or not my girls are even retaining anything that has been taught over the last few weeks of school. They really love going to school, but home schooling is looking better every day!
So happy to hear that things are working out so well right now, Jeannie! I think you've made the best decision for Bella...hand's down!
So very awesome. Everything you do can be used as a lesson, even those trips. Baking, cooking, sewing, homemaking all have math lessons in them as well as home ec skills (not sure if those are still taught or not). Stamping, coloring, paints etc make for art lessons. The Wii Fit can be made into phys ed classes. So many possibilities. Those trips you're planning? Time to get lil bit a camera because you can do art history, photography (another point for art!), natural history.... Might be time to introduce her to blogging (just lock it down to a few select friends) so she can practice her writing skills....

I hope you're sleeping better now. Sounds like things are working out well and less stress makes for a much happier (and easier) life.
Amazing how much more "efficient" home schooling is over what they do at public school and the amount of time they waste.
