Take a large beef roast (2-3 lbs), and dice into bite sized cubes. In a bowl, mix 2 packets of seasonings, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 1/2 cups water. Put beef in crock pot set at low, stir in mixture. Let simmer for 7-8 hours. 30 minutes before eating, stir in chopped broccoli florets (I don't measure, just use a small head), one can of baby corn cobs cut in small pieces, 8 oz. fresh mushrooms sliced and some fresh snow peas. Serve over rice!

My girls used to play with those Petshop toys when they were little. I remember the teeny tiny parts that were so easy to lose. They'd always cry when they couldn't find what they were looking for...not good! :) It poured down rain here over the weekend and was so chilly yesterday that I stayed in a heavy shirt all day long and had the heat running! Thankfully, 80's are on the way, once again, on Thursday!

I'm wanting a lot from the new catalog too. The copics were still not on sale yesterday and my little gal was gone to lunch. grrrrrrr
I forgot what kind of weather we had on Tuesday, but I think it was warm and sunny. LOL
