Stampin Up came out with this hexagon embossing folder in the Spring Mini catalog, but didn't have a punch to go with it!! What the heck??? But I ordered one from a different company and now I actually have several sizes to play with, not just the one that fits this folder. Score!!
I love how this has a "quilt" look to it!
Recipe:
Stamps: Friendly Phrases
Paper: Lucky Limeade, Marina Mist, Whisper White, Sunshine & Sprinkles DSP
Ink: Marina Mist
Accessories: Hexagon embossing folder, hexagon dies by MFT, Floral Fusion sizzlet die, large rhinestone
This die cuts out up to 8 hexagons at a time (big time saver!!), plus it also cuts out the frame too! I didn't need the frames for this card, but I saved 'em for something fun later! This is the middle sized hexagon, and I have one larger and one smaller in this set. I have another set too, that nests together. Love, love, love it!!

That's really sweet with the embossed background and the variety of printed octagon papers. And you will have frames and pieces for other cards, too. Nice! You really do have some fun new toys. :)
New STUFF! Always fun!
Love it. Looks like the quilts my grandmother used to make. :)
Beautiful card. I love the hexagons.
