Thank you all, for the messages and emails about my little "issue" on Thursday. I don't really want to get into it right now, but apparently my little rant made the rounds on post and had positive consequences. Apologies have been sent to me, and my floors will be fixed.
I still think I'm over living overseas though. We'll see.
